Under the background of China's financial market gradually becoming internationalized in th e context of economic globalization and increasingly closing to the various countries in economic,China s commercial banks must face the increasing fierce com petition,not only from domestic b ut also the foreign banks.At the same time,with the call of the state that financial institutions need to play the role in alleviating the difficulties of financing private enterprises and small and micro enterprises,General Secretary Jinping Xi stressed that "we must reform and improve the supervision and evaluation of financial institutions and combine the bank performance with supporting the development of the private economy.At this time,the role and performance evaluation of the bank is even more important.Under the new rules and challenges,how can the commercial banks seize opportunities and seek development?It requires not only to continuously improve the quality of their products and services,but also to establish a scientific,rational and effective performance evaluation system,so to improve the market's sharpness,create a healthy body and create good performance.From the perspective of strategic development,BSC is an advanced management tool.It takes the strategic goal of the enterprise as the core and the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal process,learning and growth as the starting point,decomposes the overall strategic goal layer by layer,and finally promotes the realization of the strategic goal of the bank in an all-round way,so as to realize the long-term development of the bank.Starting with the background,significance,current situation and methods of the research,this paper,by virtue of the advanced concept of BSC,further introduces the theoretical understanding related to BSC and the performance of commercial Banks.Then,based on the current situation and existing problems of commercial bank A's performance evaluation,the necessity and feasibility of introducing BSC into bank A are briefly an alyzed,and the construction ideas and system construction are put forward.In the process of construction,based on the development strategy of bank A,the strategic goal of dimensions are determined and the final weight of the indicators is determined by the improved analytic hierarchy process.Finally,this paper puts forward the feasibility conclusion of the introduction of BSC in bank A,and puts forward relevant suggestions on bank A based on customer relationship theory and consumer behavior theory.
