Research On The Relationship Between The Pressure On Land For Construction Of Small Towns And Socio-economic Development

There are large number of small towns in China in recent years, with rapid development of small towns in the process of development,due to the reasons such as unscientific planning and other issues, the land for small town construction expands widespreadly to disorder, which results in a waste of land resources. Under the severe conditions of densely populated and strict protections of cultivated land to the bottom, the scientific planning and rational use of land is particularly necessary. The method of forecasting the land for construction prevail to take with a single town as object, which ignores the inter-relations between the small town with any other town in the area,meanwhile,the way of forecasting the land for construction tremendously emphasis the factor of population,which don't consider the factor diversity of driving the land for construction expansion.In the above context, based on the theory of this growth demand for land, man-land relationship coordination theory and system theory, the paper studys the relationship between the pressures of demand for the land for construction and socio-economic development,with attempt to provide reference and suggestions for reasonable expasion in construction land for small towns and scientific planning. The paper mainly formulates the the following aspects and obtains the corresponding results:(1) Through analysis of the mechanism of small town construction land expansion,the conception of "analysis of' state', assessment of'pressure', supply the planning proposals for'response' is concluded,analysis the construction land expansion trend and its influencing factors in regional small towns from the perspective of the whole area,through comprehensive evaluation and comparetive analysis of the construction of small towns, the relative size of the demand pressure of land for construction in small towns is obtained, according to the results, the paper gives the proposals.to the demand for the construction of small towns and development of land utility and planning.(2) According to the above ideas, the study for X city on empirical relationship between the small town construction land demand pressures and social and economic development research is conducted, and the relevant whole trends of the small town construction land expansion in X city is also attained. (3)Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of land for construction in X town and make a comparative analysis,the paper gives the relative size of the demand pressures of land for construction in small towns for X city.(4) Finally, put forward three kinds of land development orientations of land utility in small towns and classify the pattern of the land utility exploitation in small town for X city.
