Study On The Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Construction Land Intensive Use Of Small Town In Hubei Province

The small town is an important part of Chinese urban system,but also is "the power" of the entire province urbanization,It has the vital significance to the construction of organic oordinated,balanced development of town space network system.The problem of land use is the coreproblem to be solved in the development of small towns.With the continuous improvement of social and economy,urban land has been expanding. Imbalance,of land use structure and inefficient land use problems is no good to the sustainable development of small twon and agricultural safety.The cost of land use of small towns is relatively low,so the extensive land management problem is more serious.The purpose of this paper is to use the method of combining theory with practice and combination of qualitative and uantitative to evaluate the situation of the intensive use of construction land of the small towns in Hubei Province,and put forward the measures.The main contents of this paper include:? Analysis the influence factors of construction land intensive use of small towns.Analysis the land intensive use content on the foundation of summarizing the domestic and foreign cholars.According to the characteristics of the development of small towns,analysising the influence factors of land intensive use.? Construct a evaluation index system of intensive use of land for the small towns.From the point of view of the evaluation target, based on the domestic and foreign research results, selected three indicators to establish the small town construction land intensive utilization evaluation index system.? The empirical research on the intensive use of construction land of the town in Hubei province.Establish evaluation index system, using the land use data in Hubei Province during 2010-2012,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of land intensive utilization level in the construction of small towns in Hubei Province,summed up the overall level of development and small town big citysuburb,plain and mountain construction land intensive use level features.in the big citysuburb plain area and mountain area of the three kinds of selected a typical small town as a case tudy,analysis of the construction of small towns in three types of land use characteristics,and put forward the direction of land intensive use of township construction.?Puts forward the Countermeasures of construction land intensive use of small towns in Hubei province.In the construction of small towns in Hubei Province,land saving and intensive use level based on the evaluation,formulate corresponding countermeasures and measures,put forward the scientific and strengthen the urban land supply and land management,promoting the economical and intensive use of land and the countermeasures.
