Rearch On Flow Establishment And Optimization Of Financial Logistics Enterprises' Regional Patrol

As a collaborative innovation of logistics and financial fields,logistics finance can provide a new way to solve the financing problem of SMEs.lt can improve the value-added service ability of the third-party logistics companies,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,so it becomes an important operation of logistics enterprises.Logistics supervision operation is high-profit, simple, while it has high risk. As scale logistics supervision operation is developing, logistics enterprises begin to gradually improve the management of business risk. Using patrol to avoid basic-level supervisors'risk has become a new working emphasis of logistics enterprises.This thesis concludes the major models of logistics finance,combined with logisitics enterprises' responsibilities,analyzing the patrol's main points and its significance to the logistics enterprises' risk control,and it establishs logistics enterprises' patrol process based on the control of the major operations as well as the consideration to condemnatory cost.On this basis,the paper establishs the model according to the features of the patrol work,using queuing theory to analyze the issue of the single inspector managing the maximum number of the warehouse,using many-to-many queuing theory model to count the inspector's number to a regional and fixed number warehouses in combination of the new business model, and optimizing the patrol flow of an new business model.At last,this thesis verifies the practicality of the model by analyzing the logistics finance case.
