Logistics bottleneck management problem is not only one of the most importantscientific problems in the management and information science, but also hot topics insocial and economic life. Reasonable allocation of resources plays a vital role inimproving the whole efficiency of logistics systemof the supply chain. Thus, research onbottleneck management of the supply chain logistics system is very meaningful.Based on the risk queuing theory, this article analyzes the possibility of applyingqueuing theory to risk management, and investigates on the risk queuing model, thencombine the users’ needs with toll to discuss. Finally this thesis discusses the influences ofusers’ demands and optimal capacity on charge balance and unbalance. Thesefindingspresent meaningful understanding in the future study on the risk bottleneckofqueuing andgame theory; then studies risk bottleneck model based onqueuingand gametheory, elaboratesthis model while focusing on analysis of the model’s no remainingqueued NRQ, under the strict priority queuing, non-priority queuing and weak priorityqueuing situations respectively. Finally comes the conclusion.The main achievements of this thesis are: first, the integration of risk factors inprevious studies on queuing theory. Formerresearch on queuing theory, regardless ofrealistic or abstract, mostly targets at service system. This article considers problemsfromthe perspective of risk and combines the risk factors with queuing theory; second,formulates a queuing model under risk and a risk bottleneck model under queuing andgame theory. The issue of combining risk and queuing together also equals to the issue ofoptimal resource allocation which leads to lowest risk.Finally, employing the riskbottleneck model of queuing and game theoryto deal with simulation cases of practicalproblems, namely analyze the flow capacity throughoutthe logistics bottleneck system ofsupply chain. All these findings provide practical guidance for research managers toinvestigate on logistics bottleneck system.
