The Research On The Logistics Finance Based On Logistics Alliance

Small and medium-size enterprises have an important position in the economic development of our country.However,small and medium-size enterprises generally face problems like lacking credit records,difficult risk management and so on,which leads to small and medium-size enterprises financing difficulties.This problem seriously hinders small and medium-sizes' normal development.In order to expand the value-add services of Logistics Company and the business scope of banking,logistics financial services begin to get attention.Although the logistics financial service can help small and medium-size enterprises to solve the financing predicament and bring new profit sources of logistics enterprises and bank,but the logistic financing has its own risk.This is the main reason for logistics financing can not be large scale application.In this paper,the Study process is as follow:First,this article reviewed the presentations and theoretical of the logistics financing and the logistics alliance.Through the demonstration of successful case of UPS,prove the importance of logistics financial for economic development.Second,this article also introduces the risk identification in logistics financing,emphatically analyzes the relationship between logistics financial participations.In order to strengthen the research on the relevant models of logistics financial services,this article will analyze the logistics financial services mode and then apply game theory to identify and analyze the risk of specified logistics financial services model,which can prove the interest competition among the participants of logistics financial services,thus improve the awareness of the logistics financial risk.Meanwhile the author puts forward the corresponding recommendations for improvement according to the existing risks,then analysis the risk via game model,and at last consolidates the results of the analysis according to actual case.Then,this article introduces the idea of game theory to build the model so as to more effectively calculate the risk and drawn default probability and default interval.Finally,this article makes an empirical analysis of China Merchant Bank.Through this research,the thesis will use game theory and empirical analysis of the risks associated with logistics financial under the logistics alliance,to provide a new way of thinking and method to manage the risk.Thus achieve healthy and rapid development of China's logistics financial.
