Since Reform and opening up, the urban economic development and urban construction speed. In the promotion of the housing commercialization and monetization, the city has been continue to expand living space, and also has been creating to a new differentiation of living space.In this paper, first of all, I try to live out the form and characteristics of differentiation in the different periods of history in the Guangzhou. And then focus on the analysis of the current structure of the Guangzhou urban housing system, based on the analysis of the current at the sub-urban residential space in Guangzhou different form of expression and differentiation characteristics. Then, explore the differentiation that led to this kind of living the dynamic mechanism to arrive at the market forces and government forces formed under the combined effect of the current housing fractionation. Finally, the combination of the current phase of the Guangzhou urban and housing development are facing the situation, taking into account the potential differentiation of living based on the pros and cons, make a few optimizing the structure of living space in Guangzhou to reduce the negative effects of residential differentiation, and strengthen the positive effect of residential differentiation policy measures. |
