With the spread of Internet since 21st century, online-game dashed into the public vision as a complicated communication phenomenon. Not only deeply involved in the players'daily life, online-game also rushed out of the cyber world, affects the economical development and cultural pattern of the real world by its so strong vitality. Meanwhile, some negative impact come more clear as the development of online game culture and game industry. The development of technology pushed the online-game forward, but some factors from itself and public opinion blocks its way. How to put it in a harmony and healthy way,then make it develop stably and constantly is a topic can't be avoided at present.In the view of it, this essay discusses the new phenomenon which is a time symbol through the views of both communications and culture,uses interdisciplinary theories to analyze the updated related data and online-game text,then show a vivid and objective picture of it.Firstly,this essay analyzes the framework and inner mechanism of online-game from the views of institution,text & audience, by the theories from Narratology and Social Psychology,authorized data and popular online-games'texts. Through the analysis the writer whitewashes the prejudices of the online-game,which is not a simple integration of "Internet+game",but a complex of internet virtual technology,new media text and new audience. This conclusion clears the way to further study from the views of communications and culture. Secondly, in the field of communications,this essays discusses the online-game by the theories as coding and decoding,Two—Step flow,Organizational Communication and Diffusion of Innovations, through the three levels mass communication,Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Communication, deeply studied the most popular online-game" in recent years such as "vegetable-stealing" "players'family. It reveals the fact that the traditional one-way mode of communication has transferred into multi-ways, the plays play the roles of both communicators and audiences, whose position is highly improved in the communication process. At the same time,this essay points out the business factor behind it.In the end, with the multi-dimensional viewpoints as subculture,vision culture and culture industry,the essay revealed the cultural necessity behind the appearance.
