Study On Culture Recombination Of China Network Communications Group Corporation

At present global telecom industry is undergoing the crucial period of big transformation. The tidal waves of Internet merger and acquisition has become the peculiar scenery of the transformation stage since 1999. The key factor of successful merger, acquisition and reorganization lies in cultural fusion among enterprises.The thesis summarizes correlative research on domestic and foreign enterprise culture recombination theory.
