The influence from forestry ecological projects is becoming more and more obvious with its bigger proportion in financial expenditure, at the same time, their impacts on national forestry stations, and the influences on the forestry resources and economic crisis gain people's focus. The thesis is to analyze this impact normatively and empirically. The first part of main body is the theoretical purpose and significance of this analysis. After the presentation of the explicit policies and the relationship between them, it is the efficiency and equality involved that have been discussed with the methods of multiple regression analysis and cluster analysis. In the empirical analysis of seventy-two sample national forestry stations in Inner Mongolia, Jinlin and Heilongjiang as a case, the influence from forestry projects to natural resources, income and forestry enterprises would be discussed by the means of dummy variable regression. This part also involves change of earning structure to forestry ecological projects. All the analysis above concludes that, generally speaking, forestry ecological projects are beneficial for promotion of income and wealth, and also rationalization of economic structure. However, there are still numerous problems in policy designation and execution, which should be paid more attention in the future.
