The Research Of State-owned Commercial Bank Assets Structure Optimization

In recent years, along with the rapid economic development, the improvement of State-owned Banks, which is the main participants in the banking industry, are increasingly concerned by academic and social circles. Because of the banking fiercer competition these years, the structural adjustment of banking industry become extraordinarily crucial. At present, our state-owned assets management is still at the primary stage.And it is lack of theoretical research and practical experience. This paper tries to stand in the bank manager, deeply study the present situation and problems of the state-owned bank assets structure, to find out assets structure adjustment methods and approaches, to provide theoretical references for the actual state-owned bank assets structure adjustment scheme.This paper includes four parts:The first part put forward the importance of the problem and the significance of this research. The second part used large amounts of data summarize the ways of recent state-owned bank assets structure adjustment, revealed existing features and predicted the future trend of adjustment by using the comparative analysis. Combined with practical, the third part made a detailed explanation of driving of state-owned assets structure adjustment. Meanwhile the third part also analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the state-owned bank assets structure adjustment. Combining with the results above, the fourth part discussed the realization of state-owned assets structure optimization measures, provided theoretical basis for the structural reform of the banking industry.
