The Research On Sustainable Development Of Ecological In-migration Area

With the rapid expansion of economic activities, people are facing regional resource depletion and environmental problems. China's population size, with little per capita hold of resources, and the population and resources are distributed unevenly, especially the regional population pressure, make soil fertility decline and increased the speed of deterioration of ecological environment. Especially in some areas of western China, the deterioration of the environment seriously affects the local people's production and life, which caused the government and the public attention to environmental problems.As is known to all, poverty has been closely associated with western region of China. The poverty is mainly caused by the worsening ecological environment, and people in poverty live mainly in vulnerable habitats of western China. Continuous worsening ecological environment and the low degree of intensive farming make household operation as the main source of income for the western region hardly keep reliable income growth, and continued low growth is a direct result of the polarization and deterioration of ecological environment. In turn, the deterioration of ecological environment further reduce the land carrying capacity, thus exacerbate poverty in society. To completely change the condition, improve the ecological environment, the implementation of ecological migration is a good method. The ecological migration alleviate the ecological environmental pressure to the out-migration area, and provide local people with good living environment, the ecological benefits and economic benefits and social benefits is obvious. Meanwhile, sustainable development of in-migration area is also on the agenda. The immigration of Massive immigrants will affect the in-migration area greatly. To achieve the sustainable development, we must not only to ensure rapid economic development, but also to protect the ecological environment.The purpose of this study is to explore a proper sustainable development indicator system of in-migration area and to evaluate the sustainable development condition of Shule River Basin in-migration area reasonably.
