Technical Cooperation In Agricultural Research In China And Japan

Japan is China's important neighbors, narrow strip of water, agricultural technology between China and Japan to carry out a very long history of exchanges. Early, non-governmental trade between China and Japan mainly to the 1972 normalization of diplomatic ties between China and Japan, agricultural technical cooperation between the two countries to provide political protection and technical cooperation in the field of agricultural products gradually expanded. In the knowledge economy and economic globalization, the growing situation, Sino-Japanese economic relations to further develop, the need to strengthen technical cooperation in agricultural scientific and technological cooperation and scientific and technological cooperation between the two countries occupy an important role. Today, as China and Japan's economy more closely associated with China and Japan have become increasingly frequent exchanges, this Sino-Japanese technical cooperation in agricultural research is more conducive to promoting China-Japan economic development and benefit the two peoples.Based on China's agricultural technology gap with developed countries in the larger context, made bold use of technology cooperation and transfer of theory to develop new modes of cooperation. In this paper, Japanese rice and green onions among the technical cooperation for the example of Sino-Japanese cooperation in agricultural technology keep the following issues:the level of cooperation between China and Japan, and Japan is not high technology to China are always assigned us to retain some non- core or the edge of technology research; the Chinese side for the poor absorptive capacity of technical cooperation, on cooperation in technology innovation and poor follow-up to upgrade; agricultural technology cooperation between China and Japan's technological achievements popularization and application in China is difficult. In China and Japan for technical cooperation in agricultural problems, this paper presents some policy recommendations:strengthening the capacity of our agricultural technology innovation to improve our cooperation in the status of Japan to the Japanese side for the same core technology of agricultural products, leading edge technical cooperation; vigorously the introduction of agricultural fields to the Japanese side is sending our technicians to conduct study and research in Japan; strengthen cooperation results in the domestic promotion; vigorously develop the domestic Farmer Cooperative.We believe that with the Sino-Japanese cooperation in agricultural technology and further expansion of bilateral agricultural development will provide important technical support, so as to bring greater well-being of both peoples.
