Second, make a summarization of the theories about the project management and the management theories of the distribution construction's risk, also the paper discusses the theory of the life cycle. Then in this chapter, the paper points out the concept/the process/the necessity/rules/and aims of the project risk management, puts forward the emphasis on risk management in different stage of the project. Third, the paper discusses the construction and realization of whole management of the distribution project construction based on the theory of life cycle. Then made a whole introduction of the SNNY Changzhou distribution center project. Then considering the specific situation of it, the paper pointed out the steps of the organization of risk management, also gave out some suggestion to improve its method of risk controllment, for example, to complete the evaluating system of the performance. And at last the paper made a summarization and a prospect.
