Planning And Controlling The Communication Building Prject Of Changan Avenue

With the private affairs development of jiangsu province's communication bureau, the urban infrastructure improving remarkably, and business scope steadily increasing, it is necessary to build the communication building project in changan avenue. In the constructing process, how to build reasonably and effectively the project, become a main problem. Therefore, we focus on the question so as to provide theories support for the project.In this thesis, from the background of the communication building project in changan avenue, we use project management theory to the engineering practice, make a clear division of the project life cycle a project plan, and analyze the various risk factors, present some appropriate control measures to ensure the project achieving development goal.
