Risk Study Of A Construction Enterprise Investing In PPP Project

Since 2014,the PPP project has entered an explosive growth stage in China.By December 2018,the PPP project in the database has exceeded 13 trillion scale.The vigorous promotion of PPP projects has brought new development opportunities to construction enterprises.A company has also actively participated in the investment and construction of PPP projects,but different from traditional construction projects,under the PPP mode,A company is not only a builder,but also an investor and operator,which brings higher risks.This paper takes the PPP project of G expressway which A company participates in investment construction as an example,combines the risk management theory with the actual project,and uses qualitative and quantitative methods to systematically evaluate and synthetically analyze the risk of G project.Firstly,the basic concepts,connotations,characteristics and operation procedures of PPP model are elaborated,and the related theories of public goods and risk management are discussed,which provide theoretical and methodological support for the research of G project risk management.Secondly,the first-hand information of G project risk management is grasped by field investigation method,the whole life cycle risk of G project is identified by literature research method,and the identified risk factors are identified twice by expert investigation method.Finally,the list of risk factors of G project is determined.Thirdly,the risk index evaluation system of G project is constructed.The weight of the index is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the evaluation result of the risk grade of G project is obtained by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,according to the analysis and evaluation results,targeted policy recommendations and safeguards are put forward to enhance the risk management ability of company A in investing in PPP projects.This paper takes the specific project implemented by Company A as the research object,and based on the actual data,uses a variety of risk analysis methods synthetically,which can provide reference for the risk research of PPP project carried out by Company A.At the same time,it has certain application value for strengthening the risk management of PPP project,and helps to improve the risk management system.It is helpful to promote the healthy development of PPP projects.
