The energy crisis is growing outstanding with the fast pace of national economy and social development, and the waste and low efficiency of energy use are the two key problems remained to be solved. As one of the high energy-consumption field, the construction industry wastes more energy, and the existing public buildings are more prominent. EPC provides a good solution to improve the efficiency of energy use.EPC Involves a lot of companies in the whole process of the project, such as the Esco, the customers, the equipment providers, the bank and so on. As the Esco shall provide the service of technical transformation, the equipment, the project funds and the maintenance at the end of the project to the customer, it will take a lot of risks during the whole process of the project. How to make the risk management more reasonable is the key point of whether the Esco can benefit from the project on contract or not. It also exerts an influence on the Esco ’s willing to look for the next project using the EPC model. All the above affects the development of EPC in our country. The passage is based on the perspective of Esco, in order to solve the problem of risk management, this passage, using the grey comprehensive evaluation theory andthe analytic hierarchy process, in the form of quantifying the qualitative indexes, provides a risk analysis method for the Esco, accordance with the process selecting risk identification- building the risk evaluation index- determining weights of risk assessment-constructing model of risk analysis by using grey comprehensive evaluation method. The passage also takes a project as an example to test the feasibility analysis. Finally, the passage lines out coping strategies to allkinds of risks, which will make it convenient for Esco to select the right project and do a good job of risk management and achieve the goal of benefit maximization. All these can improve the enthusiasm of Esco using EPC and make a contribution to the development of EPC in our country.
