In a highly competitive market environment, supply chain management thatemphasizes collaboration between upstream and downstream enterprises graduallybecomes the focus of attention. As a source of supply chain, the supplier plays afundamental role throughout the supply chain. Supplier relationship managementhas become a key link in supply chain management. The traditional tradingrelationships between enterprises and suppliers are transformed into partnershipthrough the implementation of supplier relationship management, which helpsenterprises reduce risks and transaction costs, enhance their competitiveness in themarket. A project in Dongan Corporation has high-tech, high investment, high riskfeatures. The implement of A project is inseparable from the resource support ofmultiple vendors, especially interdependent suppliers of providing critical andshortage resource. In order to ensure the successful completion of the A project inDongan Corporation, strengthening interdependent supplier relationshipmanagement is very important and necessary for Dongan Corporation A projectgroup.Based on the review of domestic and foreign relevant theory on the supplierclassification and supplier relationship management, the paper explains theoverview of Dongan Corporation A Project. According to A project features, thepaper chooses the degree of interdependence as the classification criterion. Aproject suppliers are divided into four types. Four types of suppliers’ characteristicsare analyzed. Combining with four types of suppliers’ current situation, the paperfocuses interdependent suppliers as the research object. Through researchinterviews, the current situation of relationship management about A projectinterdependencies suppliers is understood. And the quality, delivery, communication,cooperation confidence and other issues are found in A project interdependentsupplier relationship management. The main reasons that lead interdependentsupplier in relationship management to the existence of many problems areanalyzed. In order to effectively solve problems of A project interdependentsupplier relationship management, the paper combines the theoretical knowledgewith the actual situation, and develops relationship management strategies of Aproject interdependent suppliers. The paper proposes safeguards that promote A project interdependent supplier relationship management strategies are implementedsmoothly from the information, culture, performance and motivation aspects. Thepaper provides an important reference and guidance for Dongan Corporation Aproject group to improve interdependent supplier relationships and interdependentsupplier relationship quality.
