Study On The Exploitation Of Leisure Tourism In Heilongjiang Province

With the development of economy, the increasing of income and leisure time, the change in travel consumer attitudes and the enhancing of people's awareness of recreation, leisure tourism is being accepted by more and more people and has become the main trends of tourism. Compared with developed countries, the development of leisure tourism in China is still in its infancy. There are some problems, such as uneven development of leisure tourism, leisure tourism market imperfections.But leisure tourism in China has huge potential market and broad developmental prospects.Heilongjiang Province located in the most northern of China, is the highest-latitude province. It has good ecological environment, distinct season climate, long history and distinctive culture of black soil. At present, leisure tourism in Heilongjiang Province is still at an early stage of development. It is very important to seize the real opportunity to achieve the leap development.On the base of representing the premise of the basic theory of Leisure tourism at home and abroad, this paper starts to define the concept of leisure tourism, analyze the relationship between leisure and tourism, and differentiate its related concepts.It sums up the characteristics of leisure tourism, the development of domestic and international leisure tourism, and onstructs a basic theoretical framework of leisure tourism. Then, using PMP, this paper analyzes the developmental conditions from the aspects of resources, market, products. Afterwards, it determines the developmental principles and developmental model. It is necessary to a priority to the development of industrial leisure tourism, a rapid development of vacation leisure tourism, a positive development of sports leisure tourism, and a timely development of theme park and other forms of leisure tourism. Through analysis on the present conditions, this paper point out some suggestions to promote the development of leisure tourism in Heilongjiang Province:optimizing the development environment, easing the seasonal conflicts, improving service levels,breaking the image of bottlenecks, establishing sustainable development point of view. Finally, through the examples of the Great Northern Wilderness Modern Agricultural Park and Black Swan Recreation Center, this paper pointes out advantages and the successful experience of leisure tourism in our province and provides guidance to industrial leisure tourism and vacation leisure tourism.
