Phenomenon that high-tech research and development teams in china lack innovation capabilities is widespread. Teams don't understand correctly and use effectively the two ways of knowledge management: knowledge-sharing and transactive memory system, so they can't use and integrate reasonably and effectively internal knowledge of the team, finally can't improve innovation performance.Through studying the documents of relevant content for knowledge-sharing and transactive memory system firstly, the paper find out the distinction and relation between them, and pointed out that the mechanism among them. Basing on the existing and mature questionnaire, the paper finally carries on questionnaire survey from high-tech research and development teams in Hangzhou, and discloses the interrelationship between them and among them, by using SPSS to analyze the research data. Through studying the documents, the paper obtains the following viewpoint:there are distinctions between knowledge-sharing and transactive memory system in the scope of knowledge management, management cost and efficiency, and transactive memory system has a positive effect on knowledge-sharing. Through empirical research on high-tech research and development teams from Hangzhou, the paper obtains the following conclusions:there is significant positive correlation between knowledge-sharing and innovation performance; there is significant positive correlation between transactive memory system and innovation performance, and Expertise and credibility have significant impact on innovation performance, but coordination has no significant impact on innovation performance; knowledge-sharing plays intermediary role in the process that transactice memory system affects innovation performance, and the paper find the value of F becomes bigger after joining knowledge-sharing in the process, which illustrates knowledge-sharing that high-tech research and development teams launch can promote innovation.
