The Rapid development of modern information technology has brought the community into the knowledge economy, knowledge management is seen as a brand-new management thought which could adapt to the knowledge economy well, and a wave of team knowledge management has also swept over after. As the new representative of the team knowledge management system, transactive memory system is attracting more and more attention from researchers and enterprises. In transactive memory systems, team members try to improve information processing ability of the team through mutual understanding, coordinating and integrating, it is generally believed that, this process has maximized the knowledge value of the team and also promoted the team performance. Therefore, the research of transactive memory systems is quite important for management practice.The effective operation of transactive memory systems requires adequate communication on information among team members. In real teams however, team members always have a reservation of information sharing and communicating for the fear of having an interpersonal risk, when it comes to this, it will be quite necessary to study on the relationship of transactive memory systems and the sharing psychology of team members. Most researches about the antecedents of transactive memory systems had focused on personal characteristics, organizational characteristics, task characteristics and some other variables of this type, few researches have mentioned the relationship of transactive memory systems and team psychological environment. There are also little explore for the mechanism of action between the independent variable and dependent variables.Based on a review of related theories, the investigation of real teams and empirical analysis, this study has explored the relationship between team psychological safety and transactive memory systems. Further more, the study has also explored the mechanism of action between two variables with the introducing of knowledge sharing. Finally, this article has pointed out the limitations of the study and gave some suggestions for the future research.This study concludes that:team psychological safety can effectively predict knowledge sharing and transactive memory systems; knowledge sharing can effectively predict transactive memory systems; knowledge sharing plays a mediation role between team psychological safety and transactive memory systems, it is partial mediation but not full mediation, team psychological safety may affect transactive memory systems directly or through some other mediational variables.
