| In China's transitional economy,innovation and entrepreneurship has become an important way to help economic restructuring and provide new driving force for economic development.Facilitate innovation and entrepreneurship has become an inevitable choice for China to promote the flow of factors and economic efficiency.According to the report of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor,China's entrepreneurial vitality is increasing year by year,and has become one of the most active countries in terms of entrepreneurship.However,the increasingly fierce competition,overcapacity,and environmental pressure needs have also brought challenges to Chinese enterprises.The survival of these enterprises is not only concern themselves,but also related to the employment of a large number of workers,the healthy development of the industry and even social stability.Therefore,how to solve these problems smoothly has become an important issue in innovation and entrepreneurship research.With the trend of economic globalization and rapid development of information technology,the boundaries between industries have become blurred,which has brought new choices to enterprises,that is,to enter new business areas through cross-border entrepreneurship,so as to make more effective use of their knowledge and resources for more distinctive development.This kind of development can not only solve the pressure brought by the fierce competition in the industry,but also enable the enterprise to form unique advantages by virtue of its cross-industry characteristics.In fact,cross-border entrepreneurship is not a perfect means,that is,not all cross-border entrepreneurial activities can bear fruit.Cross-border entrepreneurial enterprises may face risks while they may gain profits.Therefore,in order to avoid the negative impact of the brutal growth of cross-border entrepreneurship,it should be scientifically guided.Compared with the boom of cross-border entrepreneurial activities,the current theoretical research on cross-border entrepreneurship is relatively rare,and more theoretical results are needed to guide cross-border entrepreneurship so that it can be better developed.Therefore,based on China's transitional economic situation,this paper analyzes the phenomenon of cross-border entrepreneurship,and explores the influence mechanism of transactive memory system on team creativity from the perspective of knowledge.Based on the current reality and theoretical deficiencies,this paper mainly focus on following questions:(1)The influence of cross-border entrepreneurial team's transactive memory system on team creativity;(2)The influence of cross-border entrepreneurial team's transactive memory system on knowledge sharing and knowledge integration;(3)The role of knowledge sharing and knowledge integration of cross-border entrepreneurial teams in the relationship between transactive memory system and team creativity;(4)In the context of transitional economy,the impact of environmental dynamics on the relationship between transactive memory system of cross-border entrepreneurial teams and their knowledge sharing and knowledge integration.Build on the corporate entrepreneurial theory,knowledge management theory,social cognitive theory,and the relevant literatures of transactive memory system,knowledge sharing,knowledge integration,team creativity and environmental dynamism,and the case study results of four cross-border entrepreneurial teams in Beijing,Shanghai,Zhuhai and Changchun,the core structure and its dimension of this paper are defined.On the basis of which,the research model of this paper is constructed and the corresponding 23 research hypotheses are proposed.Subsequently,this study collected valid questionnaires of 156 teams by large-scale questionnaires survey on cross-border entrepreneurial teams in Beijing,Shanghai,Zhuhai,Changchun and Hohhot.Then,SPSS 22.0 wes used to analyze the data for factor analysis,descriptive analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results show that 21 of the 23 hypotheses have been supported.The main research conclusions include:(1)There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the specialization of the cross-border entrepreneurial team's transactive memory system and the team creativity,while credibility and coordination promote team creativity;(2)Specialization,credibility and coordination promote knowledge sharing,and there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between specialization and knowledge integration,while credibility and coordination promote the integration of knowledge;(3)Knowledge sharing and knowledge integration play a mediating role between transactive memory system and team creativity;(4)Environmental dynamism can enhance the relationship between specialization and knowledge sharing,specialization and knowledge integration,credibility and knowledge integration,coordination and knowledge integration respectively.This paper aims to explore the influence mechanism of the transactive memory system of cross-border entrepreneurial teams on team creativity in the context of China's transitional economy from the perspective of knowledge.The innovations and theoretical contributions mainly include:(1)This study conducts research on the phenomenon of cross-border entrepreneurship and fill in the research gaps in related fields.Cross-border entrepreneurship occurs frequently,but few studies have been conducted on it.The definition of cross-border entrepreneurship with high recognition has not yet been formed.Combining relevant researches and cross-border entrepreneurial practice,this paper defines the cross-border entrepreneurship based on relevant connotation,form and characteristics of it.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of cross-border entrepreneurship,this paper combines theory and practice,deepening the exploration of cross-border entrepreneurial phenomena starting from the perspective of knowledge,thus revealing the origin of the unique advantages of cross-border entrepreneurship,and also explains the reasons of enterprises for choosing cross-border entrepreneurship and the reasons for the emergence of a cross-border entrepreneurial boom.From this perspective,the research on cross-border entrepreneurship in this paper is conducive to the further improvement of the research on cross-border entrepreneurship,enriched the theoretical research in the field of entrepreneurship,and also played a role in paving the way to conduct research on cross-border entrepreneurship in future.(2)Team is the important carrier of entrepreneurial enterprises' knowledge,this paper studies the role of cross-border entrepreneurial teams' transactive memory system on team creativity from the perspective of knowledge,as well as the mediating role of knowledge sharing and knowledge integration.On the one hand,the study of the transactive memory system of the cross-border entrepreneurial team is beneficial to further explore the effect mechanism of the transactive memory system and also beneficial to form a deeper theoretical understanding on transactive memory system.On the other hand,this paper explores the impact of cross-border entrepreneurial teams' transactive memory system on team creativity from the perspective of knowledge,which helps explain the process of cross-border entrepreneurial teams mobilize and use the knowledge of members to develop creativity.This study can explain the source of team creativity of cross-border entrepreneurial teams,and also emphasizing the important role of knowledge management in cross-border entrepreneurial research.(3)For cross-border entrepreneurial enterprises,knowledge is vital in survival and development.In the context of China's transitional economy,the entrepreneurial environment has the characteristics of rapid change and uncertainty,and the dynamic changes of the environment may lead to rapid outdate of knowledge of enterprises and teams.Thus,environmental dynamism has become an important factor affecting their entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial processes.This paper incorporates environmental dynamics into research,and combines relevant theories and practices to explore the role of environmental dynamics in regulating the relationship between cross-border entrepreneurial team's transactive memory system and knowledge sharing and knowledge integration.The conclusions obtained are applicable to China's situation and are of great significance for understanding China's cross-border entrepreneurship.Moreover,in the related research of transactive memory systems,few scholars explore the role of environmental factors,and the results of this paper can enrich the theory of this field. |
