Consumption-effectiveness Intermediate Input

As a comprehensive economic indicator, gross domestic product has three kinds of accounting methods, different accounting methods can show'the different roles played by different economic entity in the process of economy. Using the production method, its figure depends on the size of the total output and intermediate inputs. Accounting system in the classification of the sector, as well as various departments of total output and intermediate inputs determine the scope of the specific accounting data. With the rapid development of science and technology, human forms of crafts and leisure in the event of major changes in their work, lifestyle, undergoing major changes in circumstances, the new "production concept" should also be accompanied by new social forms of production change, the domestic GDP accounting system should also make corresponding changes.The concept of consumption-effectiveness intermediate input is proposed based on the new changes of "production concept", highlighting the definition of this concept, including its connotation and extension. By analyzing the past, present and future production concept changes, this paper clarifies the need for posing the concept of consumption-effectiveness intermediate input. Through analysis of the current national economic accounting system, find out the objects that should be measured consumption-based intermediate input, and expound the measurement category of intermediate consumption-based intermediate input.Then, with the basis of specific measurement principles of national economic accounting system, the paper put forward calculation methods of consumption-based intermediate input, including theoretical framework of measurement and theoretical method of data collection. Because a large-scale surveys should be took in collecting data the method of measuring consumption-based intermediate input is hard to conduct. So this paper also put forward a calculation method to obtain consumption-based intermediate input data based on input-output table.At last, based on the method which has been described and making use of the data which are available, estimate a time series of consumption-based intermediate input, conduct an empirical analysis to the time series. Under the economic principles related to the establishment of total social consumption, the analysis of time series concluded that:there are some differences between models established by the total consumption data with a consumption-based intermediate input adjusted and the consumption data without consumption-based intermediate input adjusted.
