| In a short span of three decades of time, the U.S. Federal Express Corporation (Fedex), became one of the largest express logistics company in the world from a private small business. It relied on its new business concepts, advanced development strategy, people-oriented management approach and superior operation capability. Fedex began involving express delivery business of China in 1984, and formally entered the Chinese market in 1992. With the rapid growth of Chinese economy, FedEx achieved unprecedented success in China.In this dissertation, combining with the express industry in the international arena as well as in China, it described development Strategy of business layer of Fedex. Base on the theory of domestic and international development strategies, it studied deeply for Fedex(China) by using the macro environment analysis, SWOT analysis, five forces model, value Chain Analysis, core competence analysis and a comprehensive comparative analysis with the same level competitors, etc. After that, it analyzed Fedex(china)'s internal factors from development process and organizational structure, mastered the current development situation. In view of the development of strategic planning of Fedex(China) in the future, proposed corresponding policies and measures. Finally, give out proposals of the strategy implementation measures. |
