Agriculture as a basic industry, which sustainable development is foundation for the sustainable development of human economic and social and plays a crucial and decisive role in sustainable development of the entire national and regional, Circular economy supplies a theoretical mode to agricultural sustainable. To develop agricultural circular economy is gradually becoming a trend of the Present world agricultural development, and also it is the inevitable choice for agricultural sustainable development in Shaanxi.This thesis objectively analyses the main problem in agricultural development of Shaanxi, the study introduces circular economy into the undeveloped and weakly eco-environmental agricultural development in Shaanxi. By expounding the theories of circular economy and agricultural circular economy, and according to the natural environment,climate,resources and social economy development of various regions in Shaanxi, putting forward distinctive model of agricultural circular development mode, and then puts forward the countermeasures of Shaanxi Agricultural Circular economy development. Analysis the importance and urgency of Shaanxi agricultural circular economy form four parts. With the SWOT method, analysis the situation of Shaanxi agricultural circular economic development.4. Building the development mode of Shaanxi agricultural circular economy. Explaining the guiding ideology and principles for Construction of the agricultural circular development mode, and reviewed the types of agricultural circular development mode for Shaanxi. Then divided two area of Shaanxi Province by the city as a unit, building modes in various districts for the actual situation.5.
