Research On The County-territory Economic Competitiveness Of Huangling County

County economy is the most basic subsystems of the national economy, is the most comprehensive basic unit. As the Chinese people at home and abroad worship hot continue to heat up, the national festival has become established fact twice a year in tomb of qiaoshan. There are more than 60 million compatriots at home and abroad to the tomb every year, which many are rich giants.Therefore, it has a very important significance to study the county economic competitiveness of huangling, which how to use the opportunity to promote itself development after investment.Through combining empirical research and standardizes research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this article studied the county economic competitiveness of huangling in high tech from as many aspects as possible. The paper defines the county economy and county economic competitiveness based on the analysis of literature and the theory firstly; Through reading the literature about the county's economic competitiveness evaluation system, and according to the focused content of the government experts and scholars to county's economic development, this article built evaluation system of county economic competitiveness; analyze the county economic competitiveness of huangling via six aspects, including the basic economic competitiveness,industry and enterprise competitiveness,the role of government competitiveness,infrastructure competitiveness,cultural and educational competitiveness and developing competitiveness; via comprehensive gray correlation analysis method and Triangular fuzzy method, evaluate the county's economic competitiveness. Analysis showed that huangling economic development had troubles, including economic aggregate was too small,Industry and the competitiveness of enterprises is relatively low,and so on. Then proposed corresponding measures to enhance the economic competitiveness of huangling, including determining huangling as the economic and social center via formatting city after removing county, foster industry and enterprise competitiveness and enhance the development of tertiary industry and so on.
