The Status And Policy Analysis Of China's Investment In Rural Infrastructure

Rural infrastructure is combined with the rural economic, social and cultural development and the life for the peasants of the various elements of the provision of public services. The construction and the inputs in the rural economic development is not only the cornerstone of the farmers improved quality of life, but also promoting China's economic development and social stability, an important guarantee for the rural industrial structure adjustment, the farmers income, improve rural consumption environment, governance, environment and the promotion of rural economic and social development of an active role.As China's national economy has entered in order to promote agriculture through industry to the city with a rural development stage, our government has enough to shift the focus of infrastructure construction in rural areas of the basic conditions and capabilities. The state should adjust the financial resources and construction funds to invest, to a predominantly urban to more rural areas to support the change. The government should seriously take up the rural and agricultural development responsibility for the provision of public services for farmers to share the outcome of reform and development to create conditions for reform.In this paper, we summarized the results at home and abroad on the basis of existing research will be China's investment in rural infrastructure and government policy as the status of research content. This paper describes the meaning of rural infrastructure, characteristics and classification, analysis of government investment in rural infrastructure investment is necessary in theory. Second, the summary of our investment in rural infrastructure status, analysis of China's rural infrastructure investment in some existing problems, these problems include inadequate investment, funds are diverted, investment projects, irrational, after the completion of unmanaged, dual economic structure, government investment decision-making, lack of local financial resources, financial management and other factors is the main reason for these problems.
