As long as there is a gap between both enterprises of two places and the local enterprise have the absorptive capacity.The technology spillovers can occur from time to time, place to place.At last, through the quantitative analysis and the case study on the technology spillovers of the three major economic regions in our country, this dissertation point out those there three kinds of technology spillovers exist among the three major economic regions.
