Diffusion Of Agricultural Technology Environment And The Coordinated Development Of Regional Social And Economic Space And Time Correlation Analysis

The effective means of technology diffusion can make the potential productivity of science and technology into practical productive forces, agricultural technology is no exception.It is believed that there are some gaps in the agricultural technology diffusion and diffusion environment study after summarizing and reviewing the relevant theory of agricultural technology diffusion. Based on the relevant study, the paper define the diffusion environment of agri-technique is a synthesis of various external factors that affect the spatial diffusion of agricultural technology in a certain temporal-spatial scope and establish a evaluation model include index system, comprehensive evaluation and coordination of evaluation methods. Using this model, the paper makes a composite evaluation on the diffusion environment of agri-technique and the relationship between diffusion environment and socio-economic.Following systemic principle, scientific principle and reliability principle and based on existing research results, the paper establishes the evaluation index system and applies SPSS software and GIS technology to make a quantitative evaluation and analysis of diffusion environment of agri-technique at country level in the Northwestern China. Conclusions as follows:factors that mainly influence the county's diffusion environment of agri-technique are intensive of rural land, development level of agriculture, social culture environment, technical information environment and natural environment; the diffusion environment of agri-technique level is universal lower and they have the characteristics of spatial agglomeration. Then, the paper discusses the fundamental concepts of the coordinative development and coordination degree between regional social-economy and the diffusion environment of agri-technique and a method integrating Factor Analysis with Correlation Analysis is designed for the quantitative assessment of the coordination degree between social-economic and the diffusion environment of agri-technique. Conclusions as follows: adopting cluster analysis method, the paper classifies the Northwestern China into 4 categories by using the targets of diffusion environment quality, socio-economic level and coordinative development degree; the result of the demonstrative analysis on county level in the Northwestern China is in line with the "S-shaped" curve and the paper classifies the Northwestern China into 5 categories by using the characteristic of the "S-shaped" curve. Finally, the paper take Dongsheng for example and find the coordination degree between regional social-economy and the diffusion environment of agri-technique undergone a process that from imbalance turn into intermediate coordinate and turn into primary coordinate since 1990. The evolution trend of coordination degree was roughly "S"-type.
