With the national economy and the rapid development of urbanization,cars grow rapidly, causing traffic congestion,finding a parking space difficultly, air pollution,traffic accidents and a series of frequency of social problems."car sharing" known as a new traffic pattern,gradually get the community's concern and recognition.Car-sharing service is a innovative way between private cars and public transports.lt has dedicated car-sharing service companies to regulate the management and operation.Car-sharing can greatly reduce the level of car ownership and use,bringing the social effects,environmental effects and economic benefits.This article focuses on the study of the empty car-sharing deployment.The target is to get the total cost of the minimum or maximum earnings,which according to needs and network traffic to determine the allocation of each vehicle for lines and delivery,in order to obtain the maximum economic benefits and transportation process optimization. In the design of decision-making process,it need to consider management strategy, network operations capabilities,mission requirements and so on. How scientific and rational deployment of empty cars,how to control and reduce the cost of vehicle deployment affect the car-sharing has become a key factor in company.Given the above analysis,the problem is worthy of in-depth study of important areas both in theory and practical.Based on the analyzing and summarizing research work at home and abroad,this paper firstly share the car sharing systematic and comprehensive introduct the detail of the type of its operations,international development situation,operation process,characteristics,traveler characteristics and the factors of the implementation.Then discuss the basic characteristics of empty car distribution from the network of vehicle allocation factors,deployment form,deployment program and the principles of the allocation,which providing the basis for model and solution.Grasping the substance of the issues, this paper takes into account interests of business as the goal,and establishes to satisfy the demand and needs are not fully met the certainty of empty car distribution model.In the model solution process,for the model characteristics and integer solution,the empty car distribution is decomposed into a series of local problems by room and time, using the approximation of function technology and with the marginal revenue as the foundation approximate objective function.Then carried on the research of vehicle assignment and the parking spot supplies strategy in detail. Through discussions of laden mobile,empty mobile and staying to impact vehicle deployment and the value. Building control vector,which contains the information of the structure,in order to identify and update the vector to the overall approximate optimal solution.Make the deployment model of the algorithm flow chart and example.Finally the authors give the expansion of the model,establishing two kinds models of stochastic and considering the interests of customers.
