Evolutionary Game Study Of Carsharing Travel Mode Choice

With the rapid growth of economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,travelers' travel demand increases and tends to diversify.As a new type of travel mode,the implementation of carsharing will help ease the contradiction between travel supply and demand,reduce the number of private cars,improve the vehicle efficiency and reduce the travel costs of travelers.In the study of carsharing travel mode,the existing research mostly aimed at the empirical study of travelers' willingness to use carsharing,mainly from the perspective of internal factors such as travelers' social and economic properties,family properties,travel attributes and psychological perception,etc,study their impact on carsharing travel mode choice behavior.With the help of evolutionary game theory,this paper studies the evolution mechanism of carsharing travel mode choice behavior under the influence of external factors such as government and carsharing operators.Firstly,this paper analyzes characteristics of different travel modes and influencing factors of travelers' travel mode choice behavior,emphatically analyzes influencing factors of travelers' carsharing travel mode choice behavior,and explains the importance of studying government policies and operation scale as external influencing factors.Considering government incentive policies will increase the attractiveness of carsharing to travelers,this paper then take travelers and government as the game object,constructs an evolutionary game model of strategy choice between travelers and government,calculation examples are given to analyze the influence of parameter changes such as government subsidies for carsharing travelers,time loss faced by travelers due to lack of policy support,benefits and costs of government policies on final evolution.Finally,the influence of carsharing operators on travelers' carsharing travel mode choice behavior is discussed.Operation scale determines vehicle configuration and schedule strategy of carsharing operators,thus determines carsharing operators'operating costs,and different operation scale also has different influence on travelers'carsharing travel mode choice.In view of this,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of travelers and carsharing operators,study the influence of operation scale on travelers' carsharing travel mode choice behavior.Calculation examples are given to analyze the influence of parameter changes such as time loss faced by travelers when carsharing operators operate in small scale,increase revenues and costs when carsharing operators take large scale operations on final evolution.This paper has certain reference value for government and carsharing operators to formulate relevant strategies.
