Year 2009 is Chinese Quality and Safety Year. Quality is an integral and important part of China's economic strategy. "Made in China" in the 21st century have become an important force in the global economy and gradually towards "Created in China". However, the frequently fluctuations of product quality does not match this, as well as hidden behind the rough supplier quality management status. How to transform passive IQC to the source of supplier quality management? How to change One-way benefit to mutual benefit during supplier quality management? How to follow the culture of Zero Defect," Do Things Right at First Time"," Lean & Six sigma" use continual improvement sense to improvement mutual performance? To set up the frame of continual improvement supplier quality management system, enhance the capacity of supplier product quality, then as a reference for bigger enterprises to improve their supplier quality management, product quality level and solid the competence of supply chain.This thesis is based on supplier quality management system to focus on continual improvement. It takes A company current supplier quality management situation as the background and the author's work experience in this field from supplier capability assessment, supplier quality agreement, daily quality management and incite supplier initial improvement activities to try to draw a feasible method for continual improvement.Through these studies the author hope these improvement method could give a reference or guidance to some bigger enterprises to set up the win-win environment with their supplier and to maintain a solid competitive supply chain.
