The Research On Improvement For Supplier Quality Management System Of SLZ Company

Supply chain,supplier management and total quality management are more important for managers.It is significant to establish long-term strategic partnership with suppliers,sharing in the supply chain,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,and enhance the overall value of the supply chain.Accordingly,supplier quality management becomes more important,directly related to the cost and value of the supply chain.Doing well in supplier’s overall quality management is necessary,begin with supplier development,selection,audit,incentive and quality control to achieve a comprehensive and systematic management.This study begins with describe the research background,purpose and significance,and discusses the current research status of supplier quality management,research methods and framework.Then based on quality management theory and supplier quality management theory,analyzes some problems of SLZ in supplier quality management organization structure,responsibility and process,supplier development and selection,supplier audit mechanism,annual performance assessment system.Finally,based on the analysis,raises improvement measures,including reconstructing the supplier quality management organization structure,clarifying the responsibilities,optimizing the supplier development procedures,improving the implementation scheme of supplier audit,formulating the management mechanism of supplier observation,temporary shutdown and withdrawal,and establishing the annual performance of suppliers.Evaluation system.
