The automotive industry is a large-scale collaborative industry,which is facing the huge complex supply chain system,including the wide variety of parts and significant difference,almost involving all areas of mechanical,electronic,electrical,instrumentation,rubber,chemical etc.The difference among different fields bring high quality risk and more complex supplier & quality management.Based on large and complex supply chain system,It have to be faced in the automotive industry of how to improve quality,cut costs,reduce risk by supplier management reinforcement.In this thesis,Firstly I review and sort out basic supplier management theories,especially on three sides: supplier evaluation,supplier quality control and supplier developing,then elaborate running status in BH automobile companies on supplier management system,based on the long-existing problems and potential improvement points,finally present improvement suggestion & action with concrete measures to three sides of supplier evaluation,supplier quality control and supplier developing,all these measures are shaping up to be a very good result.One valuable reference for local company improvement can be offered based on multinational corporation adapting to local supplier chain management system. |
