The Study On The Influence Factors Of Tacit Knowledge Conversion In Technology Transfer

With the science and technology developing, technology has played an increasingly important status in the economic development of the. Technology, replaced land, capital and labor, has became the key that a state and the enterprises achieve the competitive advantage. The history of the world's industrial development shows that the industrialization of any countries came true based on the introduction of foreign advanced technologies. This phenomenon is more obvious in the process of the industrialization of South Korea and Japan. Currently, our nation is during the period of economic fast developing. So technology transfer is becoming the most effective method to enhance our nation's technology capability. But because developed countries only treat our nation as manufacturing base, and don't export the real core technology. So depending on cheap labor and extensive market we only get many peripheral technologies. Although temporally companies in developed countries. So how to develop from technology strategy of our nation's country, and also is the key to fulfill technology breakout in order to catch up with developed country.This paper constructs the basic concept and theory framework after systematically researched the process and essence of technology transfer, the institution, evolution path and the steps in the technological capabilities development by collecting, comparing, analyzing and reorganizing the documents. Based on the theoretical researches, the paper constructs a concept model. In view of empirical research, the paper also developed scale of the influence factor in tacit knowledge conversion process by strictly sticking to scale development process. Combined by both real case study and e-mail investigation we have retrieved 347 questionnaires, and with the help of SPSS and LISREL this paper has analysis affects on tacit knowledge conversion during technology transfer and draws the effects of influence factors of tacit knowledge conversion.The results show that tacit knowledge conversion is the key of the elevating of the absorption capacity and Technical capacity. The conclusion of this paper has some reference value and guiding significance to the technology of the Enterprises.
