Since the late 90s of the 20th century, China's exports continued to prow rapidly, especially in the three years since joining the WTO transition period, showing a rapid development momentum. In 2001, total import and export of China ranked sixth in the world, fifth in the world in 2002. In 2003, ranking the fourth largest in the world, then import and export volume growth of 37%, only the additional imports will increase over the previous year the amount of the sum of imports and exports to other countries has brought 11.7 percent of the export increment. By 2004, China's foreign trade continued to grow at nearly 36%, by the end of November, China's total foreign trade volume broke through the 1 trillion U.S. dollars a historic, at the end of national import and export value reached 1.15474 trillion U.S. dollars, to the end of 2004, a big trading country to re-sort China surpassed Japan, ranked third in the world. According to the World Trade Organization (WTO) released the latest data, in 2009 China's export share of global exports rose from 8.9%the previous year increased to 9.6%over Germany as the world's biggest exporter. The development of China's foreign trade in 2010 continued to improve the environment, but also face many difficulties and problems. From the foreign trade volume, China is a large foreign trade country, but the quality of view, not a trade power. Should be noted that, in the reform and opening up, in foreign trade, while the overall trend shows a growing, because China's export products in the past paid insufficient attention to the environmental protection requirements, so in recent years are vulnerable to international trade barriers against the green. Since the continuous expansion of green barriers, China's exports of textiles, paints, coatings, building materials, cleaning supplies, paper, paper products, batteries and protect the ozone layer of controlled substances and related products, machinery products, footwear, rubber and so on subject to different degrees. Foreign trade growth over the past 30 years, mainly based on excessive consumption of resources, the environmental damage caused by imports and exports growing problem. High pollution, high consumption, excess production capacity of foreign trade enterprises still exist. China's foreign trade in the export market, still in the low-end product mix, capacity for independent innovation is not enough, not high value-added export products. These problems reflect not only the pursuit of total foreign trade increased, but also to coordinate economic development and ecological environment relationship. Need organic integration of economic, social and ecological combination of and follow the road to sustainable development of foreign trade.Anhui foreign trade development in the past 30 years, growth has been fast, especially after China's WTO accession in 2001, trade volume of 290.9 billion yuan from 2000 to 2008,887.4 billion yuan, an increase of 205%.However, growing imports and exports, it also brought pressure on resources and environment. From the export structure, exports of goods mainly concentrated in developed countries, while developed countries talk of green barriers in recent years, once they raise environmental standards will directly affect the exports of Anhui Province. In 2009, Anhui foreign trade from the export of machinery and electronic products, high-tech exports dropped by 25.5%and 21.6%, in independent innovation and independent knowledge of brand, Anhui foreign trade is still a long way to go. It can be said, Anhui foreign trade development, as there is excessive consumption of resources, environmental destruction and other issues, the extensive growth mode of foreign trade still exist, exports irrational structure, environmental pollution, more and more prominent. Overall, Anhui foreign trade, but also enhance sustainable awareness.Since 2009, the new century, the development of China's foreign trade the most difficult year. Face of the severe impact of financial crisis, the Chinese government promptly introduced a series of policy measures in line with international practice, improve the export tax rebate policy, various policy effect more obvious, China's foreign trade continued its recovery since the end Qu trend of growth, appear more substantial recovery, therefore, to use the current favorable opportunity to rebound in external trade, adjust and optimize trade structure, promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade and development pattern, and increase technological innovation, and gradually adjust the structure of exports of goods, coordinate foreign trade development and ecological The relationship between the environment, to achieve sound and rapid development of foreign trade, real trade to China's foreign trade and Anhui, the road to sustainable development path. This paper studies the sustainable development of China's foreign trade, through empirical analysis, an econometric model and the model used in Anhui foreign trade, through the years 1999-2008 in Anhui Province of trade-related data analysis, the first comprehensive system to Anhui foreign trade for the concept of sustainable development research, found that the sustainable development of Anhui Province's foreign trade in the secondary generalization ability level, this paper argues, Anhui foreign trade development needs of the changing of mode of development, strengthening science and technology and innovation to stimulate competitive upgrade.
