Study On The Land Mobility Model Seletion Based On The Different Dependency Of Farmers In Baoji City

Since reform and opening up,the changes of household contract operating system,have made farmers'right of land contractual operation fully reflected in land tenure,use,income and other interests. But the disposition right of land has never really given to the farmers. In other words,the free right circulation of land contractual operation has always bound by strict conditions. The conservative and delay of legal theory and legislation Practice has restricted the development of right circulation of land contractual operation. How to solve the Problem of easing the contradiction between people and land,and low efficiency of land—use,first and foremost is to further regulate legal system about right circulation of land contractual operation,and Promote the rational and orderly operation of right of land contractual operation. In this context, this paper put a different land circulation patterns from the different dependence of land farmers towards land in Baoji city.The paper has six chapters:Chapter1: Introduction. Based on the relevant reviews of the current domestic and overseas scholars of land research on peasant household, especially on land circulation patterns, introduced the important topic of farmer'land mobility in Baoji city . This chapter elaborates the research background, purpose and meaning of the thesis, overviews and evaluates the domestic and foreign study, describes the research idea, method and innovation of the thesis. Proposed new pattern of land circulation from a new perspective of Baoji city.Chapter 2: History of land circulation and relevant theory. This chapter reviews history of land circulation and relevant theory from constriction of China, finding the rules through the history to find, guide the land circulation by each related theory .Finally, introduced the concise modes of land circulation.Chapter 3: Land utilization. of Baoji city. Analyzed the current situation of land utilization of Baoji, analysis of the land circulation through the survey of the typical counties, and points out that the current land mobility problems of peasant household in Baoji city.Chapter 4: Dependency evaluation of farmer toward farmland in Baoji. This paper evaluated the dependence of farmers in different areas of Baoji toward farmland ,got the size of the dependence of farmer in the suburban and remote mountain areas toward farmland through quantitative evaluation dependency method ,got the conclusion that the farmers in suburban area have a low degree of dependence than the farmer in the remote mountain toward.Chapter 5: Different choosing of land circulation patterns orientation based on the different land dependence of Baoji farmers. Proposed some suggestions according to the measured dependence of farmer in the suburban and the remote areas in Baoji city. Ecoenvironmental farmers can adopt land joint-stock cooperative system of community land circulation patterns, the farmer in remote mountain land can join peasant specialized cooperative organizations model, and then they can get more income.Chapter 6: Conclusions and recommendations. Proposed the relevant short policy of effectively prompting the land circulation of farmers in Baoji city.
