| As technology advances in the continuous development of human society, industrial economy has matured and developed to a certain stage, followed by a knowledge economy era. Gradually, knowledge capital became an important resource for business management and as the basic elements of organizational management. Modern technologies changed rapidly, technological innovation is the competitive advantage, only innovation can keep pace with the changing times, but the level of technological innovation in China are lagging far behind the developed countries. How do Chinese enterprises improve technological innovation, R & D capabilities become one of the issues we need to explore. Business innovation from technology innovation, and technological innovation has come from knowledge, innovation, knowledge management and technological innovation will be a combination in the companies. So how can knowledge management join into enterprise technology innovation? What is the relationship between knowledge management and technological innovation? How does knowledge management affect technology innovation and innovation performance? These problems become the main purpose of this paper.In this paper, we combine the theoretical with the practical methods, The theory used in this paper include the basic theory of economics, theory of modern management, modern enterprise system theory and technology innovation theory. On the basis of the theory, we used empirical analysis. At the same time combined qualitative and quantitative research method. qualitative analysis consider the issue fully, it is able to grasp the main direction of development of things, but vulnerable factors not be quantified, to some extent affected its credibility. Quantitative analysis is focus on the historical data, it is based on data, the results is convincing. This paper will combine the two methods in order to receive the good research results. We also used a standard combination of research and empirical research methods. By collecting a number of enterprises in technological innovation in the application of knowledge management effectiveness, using scientific methods to find a result, and proposes a knowledge management strategy for the development of technological innovation.Based on the research relevant information, the domestic and foreign technological innovation combined with the theory of knowledge management research is summarized. We combine normative and empirical method. In the second chapter, we stated the knowledge-based management features of enterprise technology innovation, from what is the technical innovation to study the concept of technological innovation, types, etc. Then put forward the essence of technology is the knowledge, give a discussion of technical innovation on the demand of knowledge management and knowledge management's supporting to technology innovation. The third chapter in the use of quantitative analysis method, find out the main factors of knowledge management, and make assumptions; in the fourth chapter proposed 360°knowledge management, it means manage through five factors, they are customer information management, leadership encouragement, the feedback from subordinate, mutual benefit corporation culture, training and learning by employees. Technological innovation includes new services, new products, new techniques and new market. The result of empirical analysis: the 360°knowledge management have positive effect to technological innovation and have mediating effect between technological innovation and the performance of enterprise innovation. Finally, by analyzing the results improve technological innovation strategy. We start form the introduction of knowledge management, give propose to the enterprises and the steps of using knowledge management. By using knowledge management to improve technological innovation, thus enhancing core competitiveness of enterprises. |
