Enterprise Knowledge Management Ability And Technological Innovation Performance

The arrival of the era of knowledge economy makes the traditional resources advantage gradually lose its important position in the competition,and it is replaced by information acquisition,knowledge learning and other capabilities.Nowadays,the competition of enterprises focuses more on competition for knowledge resources.And knowledge is an important resource for corporate technological innovation activities.Therefore,if an enterprise wants to improve technological innovation performance,the improvement of knowledge management capabilities is of utmost importance.This article takes high-tech companies as the research object,and deeply discusses the relationship between knowledge management capabilities and technological innovation performance,and closely integrates the current status of Chinese enterprises' knowledge management capabilities and technological innovation performance.Based on theoretical research,this paper puts forward research hypotheses and constructs theoretical models,and develops measure indicators.Through a large sample of questionnaires,we used SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0statistical analysis software to analyze empirical research data and test the proposed research hypotheses and theoretical models,and to reveal the relationship between knowledge management capabilities and technological innovation performance.First of all,we systematically sort out the classic literature at home and abroad,clarify the connotation and extension of knowledge management capabilities and technological innovation performance,and briefly describe the research status of knowledge management capabilities,organizational agility,and technological innovation performance,and reveal the problems at the current stage.All these can lay the foundation for the subsequent research on the relationship.Second,on the basis of theoretical analysis and previous research,we built a relation model between knowledge management capabilities and technological innovation performance.We used questionnaires to collect data,and used specialized data analysis software(SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0)to conduct exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,and reliability and validity test,and to calculate the fit index of sample data and model.Finally,we use the structural equation model to test the previously proposed theoretical hypothesis.The results of the study show that the six dimensions of knowledge management capabilities(except for knowledge stocks)are positively related to the positive economic and social benefits intechnological innovation performance.The six dimensions of knowledge management capabilities(in addition to knowledge stock)and operational agility in organizational agility and market agility also have a significant positive impact.Operational agility adjustment and market utilization agility have a significant positive impact on the economic and social benefits of technological innovation performance.Knowledge stock has no significant effect on organizational agility and technological innovation performance.Organizational agility plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between knowledge management capabilities and technological innovation performance.Finally,we propose research findings based on empirical findings and look into the future.
