Research On The Employment Assistance System Of Urban Weak-in-employment Group

Employment problem, which is the focus of social attention, concerns social stability and development. How to help weak-in-employment group is always the emphasis and difficulty of employment problem. The current severe employment situation makes the problem outstanding. The weak-in-employment group is a new special one which appears during industrial structure adjustment and fierce market competition. They are in weak position during finding jobs, cannot find employment on their own and have a low anti-risk capacity. It is meaningful to provide employment assistance to the group, which consists of elder laid-off people, laid-off workers entitled to basic living allowances, and laid-off persons from extremely-poverty worker families and zero-employment families, and help them to find jobs faster. By taking people who have difficulty finding jobs in Jinchang District, Suzhou City as the research object, this article comprehensively depicts and analyzes the facing problem from three aspects: government assistance, corporate assistance, and NGO assistance, and proposes some thoughts and suggestions on how to perfect the employment assistance system further.
