Employment Assistance Policy Research In Resettlement Community After Wenchuan Earthquake

State and local government has issued a series of promoting employment policy after wenchuan earthquake.Q shelters which in wenchuan earthquake also implemented specific employment assistance policy in accordance with state and local employment assistance policy requirements.This paper firstly introduces and interpretates employment assistance policies which issued by the state and local government. Secondly by the way of case study to take Q shelters as investigate object and employment assistance policies implemented from the wenchuan earthquake to 2010 August more than two years here as the research object to describe and introduce. Policy contents include employment skill training, providing, hold job fairs, to provide assistance provinces employment, difficult people employment, individual person and entrepreneurial personnel employment policy. Then learn the masses' repercussions to policy implementation effect with interviews way and analyze the policies which aspects doing well, what do these deficiencies still needs improvement in the process of implementation. For example providing received massive praise, job fairs convened in Q shelters provided the convenience of employment opportunities to the masses. At the same time policy also appears some shortage in the implementation process, such as job training time is short, jobs which provided by the rebuilding units does not conform to the site, the masses reluctant to work in provide assistance provinces. Finally affirmative good effect measures and proposes improvement suggestions to shortcomings and problems in implementing process to make contribution to the better solutions for employment and disaster recovery.
