As a world issue, the employment discrimination has become an obstacle to the harmonious development of the world. Especially in the context of the global financial crisis, China- , as a big country with more human resources, has more employment discriminations which seriously affect the construction of harmonious society in China.Employment discrimination is a very complex issue. On the one hand, it increases social transaction costs, reducing the overall welfare of society;On the other hand, it is contrary to the principles of fairness and justice and it damages the character and dignity of people. As an interdisciplinary, Business Ethics study the moral phenomenon of the economy, which has provided a good perspective to the problem of employment discrimination. As an important force of absorbing the labor force, enterprises and employment discriminations are inextricably linked. As an important concept in Economic Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) provides a new perspective and direction to the study and settlement of the employment discrimination.This paper points out the purpose of the study, significance and research status. I have studies employment discrimination issues for a full range of inspection, including the definition of employment discrimination , types, status analysis. I take employment discrimination as a entry point, studying the status of Corporate Social Responsibility and analyzing the problems of the Corporate Social Responsibility in the process of counting employment discrimination problems, pointing out how to fulfill Corporate Social Responsibility more effectively in the process of anti-discrimination in employment, exploring the operating mechanism of fulfilling anti-discrimination in employment of CSR , and finally make recommendations to resolve the issue. The object of this paper is to promote fair employments, improve Corporate Social Responsibility theories. The ultimate goal of this paper is to be helpful of achieving fair employment.
