The status of human resources department in Company is gradually changing from administrative management to strategic management. The human resource management outsourcing is out of question a constructional solution on how to make human resources work as a strategic partner.This dissertation states the current human resources management outsourcing background and makes a summary for the current study status of human resources management outsourcing home and abroad, then shows the supporting theory and risk theory respectively and explains the main causes and primary pressures which human resources face. Later, this dissertation introduces the characteristics for modern Service Company compared with traditional Manufacturing Company, the necessities of outsourcing, leading problems and outsourcing strategies. Finally, the author uses Campus Hiring in AB Company as an example and can be a reference for those who'd like to do project with outsourcing company. |
