Owing to the unbalanced development, the number of the universty student resources are hard to meet the requirement of human resources.On the other hand, the universty students' opinions of obtaining employment have great infunences with the present condition to obtain employment. However, it is a long time to form present situation that the two aspects, that it hard to obtain a job meanwhile college students are too elective, didn't form in a short time. It has close relations with economic development, the changes of politic rules and policies. The changes from free expenses to self-paid study in universities affects the life quality of college students and the survival after graduation. Nowadays, university students has become a large team of oppointment with high level of human resourse capital.
