Long-term since, our country plenty of science and technology resources concentrated in university and other knowledge production subject, research and In the 1980s university derivative enterprise begins popularity all over the world, the university derivative of enterprise has become an important way of university of technology transfer, university of derivative of enterprise produce not only to the research frontiers theory and innovative technology has important theoretical significance, but also to promote college knowledge and technology industrialization has very important practical significance. In the study of domestic and foreign universities in the process of derivative of enterprise, mainly through analyzing the university derivative of enterprise human resources management present situation, and points out that university derivative of enterprise human resources management, the existing problems of the derivative of enterprise through innovation university human resources management mode, enhancing the quality of human resource management, for realizing the unity of perfect combination of importance.This paper elaborates in six parts, the first part is an introduction, proposed research goals, significance and content, through analysis of the literature research method and analysis of domestic and international research status and lack of innovation of this paper; the second part of defining the relevant theoretical concepts and the theoretical foundation, pointed out that the nature of university spin, characteristics and development trends; the third part of the University spin-off companies in human resource management problems; fourth part of the derivative of the University Human Resource Management Analysis, Construction of human resource management model proposed by the relevant recommendations; the fifth part from the empirical perspective to human resources management in a company, problems and proposal of building a model for further discussion on the article view.
