Inter-organizational learning will play an important role in the good coordination with module members and improving the innovation ability.Based on the service modular organization, analyze the inter-organizational learning process in the service modular organization, the process of the inter-organizational learning include the knowledge creation, the knowledge sharing, the knowledge storage. For knowledge creation, mainly from two aspects: the knowledge creation external caused by environment and module (between adjacent module, the competition between ); For the knowledge sharing, mainly from three aspects: the sharing between the helmsman enterprise and the flow modularity enterprise, the sharing between each module, the sharing between adjacent module.
