Study On The E-commerce System Of Iron And Steel Logistics And Its Application

Since the world economic crisis comes, the competition of Iron and steel enterprises is intended due to the merger, acquisitions and restructuring between global steel industries, China had been the world's largest steel producer from 1996, but the international competitiveness is still not very strong. The traditional business model is no longer applicable in modern economic situation. For the well-developed e-commerce context, Iron and steel industry e-commerce model can also be explored based on e-business models of other sectors. The steel logistics e-commerce is a new business model which can be used in International competition. The development of steel logistics e-commerce provides a good chance for Chinese steel companies to catch up and reduce the gap between the developed countries, and to contend and exceed world-class steel companies.Development of e-commerce logistics steel industry has its objective necessity. On the one hand, on the basis of advances in computer technology, universal network, and the perfect logistics system management system, e-commerce can run through all areas of the steel industry; On the other hand, because of the flow properties of steel products, e-commerce has been widely used in the steel area. Characteristics of the domestic steel industry logistics are analyzed and steel enterprises in theory and application field are studied in this paper. The main contents are:(1) the steel logistics background and significance of e-commerce are elaborated, the domestic and international steel logistics status of e-commerce is analyzed, the basic theory of e-commerce logistics, Including logistics theory, theory of e-commerce, e-commerce logistics model structure is studied;(2) the key technologies for the implementation of the iron and steel logistics enterprise e-commerce trading platform and the logistics management system is studied, such as ASP.NET technology, ADO.NET technology, SQL Server 2005, B/S structure and so on;(3) The various e-commerce logistics systems is analyzed in detail, whose modules are established and optimized, the database with the idea of the overall program is designed, finally build steel logistics e-commerce trading platform and logistics management system is build and its basic functions is achieved.Through the establishment of e-commerce trading platform and the logistics management system, the iron and steel enterprises will not only expand sales channels and improve the reputation, but also achieve high efficiency and high yield, save the cost of logistics enterprises, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
