With the development of economic globalization,scholars in China have continuously studied the performance evaluation of commercial banks.However,in the traditional performance evaluation system,China's commercial banks pay more attention to the financial indicators such as income and profit in the indicator setting.The financial indicators are used to evaluate the bank's performance is simple and clear,can promote the bank to improve short-term performance,but the financial indicators reflect It is only past performance that does not provide the motivation to create future value.The performance evaluation system of commercial banks often ignores the non-financial demands of customers and employees.Non-financial indicators also play a very important role in the operation and management of banks,which can overcome the problems of one-sidedness and short-sightedness in the evaluation of simple financial indicators.For commercial banks,how to improve competitiveness by improving the performance evaluation system and how to balance both financial and non-financial indicators are crucial to the development of banks.In this paper,Taking Jiujiang Bank Ganzhou branch as an example,through the analysis of Jiujiang Bank Ganzhou Branch performance evaluation system status,found that Jiujiang Bank Ganzhou Branch existing performance evaluation system there are many problems: too much emphasis on financial indicators,lack of non-financial indicators;not combined with the bank's Development strategy;lack of motivation indicators.Jiujiang Bank Ganzhou Branch urgently needs to establish a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system to meet its own business development needs.In view of this,this paper proposes an improved balanced scorecard approach and builds a balanced scorecard model that integrates security dimensions.Improved Balanced Scorecard including five dimensions.In terms of security dimensions,the functions of the security dimension are explained from the aspects of construction purpose and design of indicators,and the relationship between the security dimension and the other four dimensions is explained.With the improved balanced scorecard as the framework,the performance evaluation system can be more comprehensively reflect the level of bank performance evaluation,so as to design a new set of performance evaluation system.After designing a new index system,use the analytic hierarchy process to set weights for the indicators,and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of the Jiujiang Bank Ganzhou Branch.Through the implementation of the improved Balanced Scorecard,Jiujiang Bank Ganzhou Branch can better control the focus of performance implementation and strengthen the bank's strength.
