Study Of Development And Influential Factor Of Xinjiang Regional Economic Inequality

On the base of summarizing the research fruit of the seniors, Xinjiang is divided to five economical areas by this paper, such as: northern slope of Tianshan Mountain, northwest of northern Xinjiang, eastern Xinjiang, northeast of southern Xinjiang and southwest of southern Xinjiang. This paper researches the development of economic inequality among each area in 30 years after China's reform and the opening to the outside world, and the influential factors of the inequality. The innovation of this paper is that the research method of Econometric is used to analysis the growth of Xinjiang regional economic, and new ideas is brought forth in the object, method, content of research.Firstly, the current situation of inequality and development of per capita GDP in each area is analyzed by Standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Gini coefficient and Theil coefficient etc. in this paper.Secondly, according to the method of macro economy, this paper sets up a mode of the growth of Xinjiang regional economic. There are four basic influential factors in this mode, such as: investment, human resource capital, institutional change and economic structure development. This paper regression analysis the statistic data and estimates the parameter of each influential factors.Then, this paper discusses the functions of the four factors of the mode in the processes of the inequality of the increase of Xinjiang regional economic is shaping up. It also reveals the functions of each influential factor in Xinjiang Regional Economic Inequality.In the end, after synthesizing the whole paper, combining relative economy method and practical situation, this paper points out some suggestions in policy, which is suitable for the harmonious development of Xinjiang regional economic.
