The Comprehensive Evaluation On Pumped-storage Power Station Construction Project With The Concept Of Harmony

Currently,in China,the relationship between enterprises and social environment and natural environment is disharmonious , which hinder the achievement of building a harmonious society.And Pumped-storage Power Station plays an important role in coordinating the development of economy and society. So it is important to evaluate the Pumped Storage Power Station Construction Project (PSPSC) with the concept of harmony.On studying the theory of harmony and project evaluation ,this paper sets up the index system of PSPSC comprehensive evaluation from the factors of economy,society and ecology .And this paper puts up an evaluation model using the method of AHP and Fuzzy Evaluation ,then it discusses the concordance of PSPSC of Hohhot and the application by applying the model. This study is useful to the investment of PSPSC considering the long-term interests .
